2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kashalovingsoul@gmail.com with:

We currently ship within Australia only. We're not yet able to ship internationally — thank you for your understanding as we grow!
